Who we are
Toski Labs is the app lab behind PetHealthTracker and is responsible for the data described here. Contact: toskilabs@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what the app needs to work:
- Account The name and email Apple or Google share when you sign in. If you hide your email with Apple, we only get a relay address.
- Your pets What you enter: name, species, breed, birth date, weight, vaccines, medicines, vet visits, reminders and contacts.
- Subscription Your plan status, as reported by Apple. We never receive your card details.
- Diagnostics Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and usage statistics without an advertising identifier (Google Analytics for Firebase).
How we use it
To store and sync your data across devices, send the reminders you set up, unlock your plan’s features, fix crashes and answer you when you ask for help.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your pets’ information for advertising.
Where your data lives
The app keeps everything on your iPhone first. A copy is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), on servers in São Paulo, Brazil, so you don’t lose anything when you switch devices. Reminders are scheduled on the iPhone itself.
Ads
On the free plan the app may show subtle ads, never on the home screen, in health actions or in forms. Before any tracking, iOS asks for your permission. If you say no, no advertising identifier is used. Plus subscribers see no ads.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the app work:
- Google (Firebase) Sign-in, database, crash reports and statistics.
- Apple Sign in with Apple, purchases and subscriptions.
- Ad network Free plan only. Ads aren’t on yet: the company’s name will be listed here before they start.
- Your calendar If you turn on export (Plus), events go to the iPhone Calendar or Google Calendar you connected.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Items you delete are permanently removed within 30 days. When you delete your account, we erase everything within 30 days.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD (and similar laws where you live), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to know who it’s shared with.
- Delete your account Right in the app, under Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Request a copy or ask a question Email toskilabs@gmail.com.
This website
The Toski Labs website (toski-labs.web.app) has no sign-in and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
- Your preferences The theme and language you choose are saved only in your browser, so the site remembers them next time. They never leave your device.
- Campaigns During a promotion, the site checks Firebase Remote Config (Google) to see whether the offer is on. To do that, Firebase creates a technical identifier in your browser that isn’t linked to you or to your app account. Outside campaigns, this check doesn’t happen.
- Hosting The site runs on Firebase Hosting (Google), which may log technical access data, such as your IP address, for security and to keep the site running.
- Downloads Wallpapers and themes downloaded through the buttons come from GitHub, the Visual Studio Marketplace or Open VSX, which have their own privacy policies.
Children
PetHealthTracker is made for adults who look after pets. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has created an account, email toskilabs@gmail.com and we’ll delete the data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top and let you know in the app when the change matters.
